2day after lessons I went swimming with Kenneth and WanHua at src. For some reasons I found myself enjoying e swim tremendously. A superb swim infact.. Perhaps I've been wanting to go swim for quite a long time. But I believe it was e morning sun tat had made its magical effect on me.. Little did I realise before how nice e shimmering rays of runlight had its effect on e swimming pool floor or on ur arms underwater.. I guess its alot like diving except without e coral reefs or nemo.. Maybe I'm easily satisfied but I like tat.. It has always been e motto of my life to actually enjoy watever u r doing.. Haha.. sound difficult rite? Do u really enjoy studying or running soc in army? Or when we were in army and wishing for e days we would be out studying and now my same army friends complaining army life is so much slacker and simpler.. For me I am juz plain happy to have finished serving 2/1/2 yrs.. No longer bound by e strict regimental rules and regulations in camps and u got wat everybody wanted.. Freedom of choices.. That's wat Braveheart is all abt when Mel Gibson yelled, "Today, u fight for ur.... FREEDOM!!" That had been my fav movie when I was younger.. Now it's probably LOTR or Pirates of Carribean or Last Samurai and many others haha..
Anywae swam 32 laps.. Would have liked to swim more but I was already late to join e Bukit Batok gang for canvassing.. Swimming at ur leisurely pace is something like walking.. Coz u dun really get tired unless u swim faster..? I dun't nue.. Lao Jiaos pls correct me.. Previously I would get physically tired after abt 10 laps but this time I wasn't.. Coz this time I was swimming at a my own leisurely pace instead of trying to catch up with Kenneth or Wanhua.. After 32 laps I was still going strong.. I nue some of my friends swim an avg of 40 laps each swimming session so 32 is nothing to them.. But for me it's no less an accomplishment.. Anywae e toll started to set in during canvassing... Mentally shagged out.. I dozed off at Lot 1's denticare clinic while waiting for e doctors to free themselves from e patients.. Me and WeiSong saw a pair of identical twins in tat clinic. Well we nue they r identical twins coz they look.. identical. They r teenage gals, abt 15 years old and with their mum.. Farniee thing is they r wearing like same outfits of black t-shirts and 3/4 yellow berms, though diff designs.. Anywae both were in for treatment.. Haha.. Must have had e same filling or periodontal treatment done on the same tooth coz of the similar genetic makeup. Realli realli.. Haha think Diana would enjoy nueing this... My twin had e exact same overcrowding pattern of teeth as me.. Upper canines protuding outwards and lateral incisors inwards in perfect symmetry.. Coincidence? I think not.. But could be environmental factors too since me and my twin eat, sleep, shit together. Oh well.. And was telling Wei Song too.. Twins run in e family.. My uncles and my cousins and me, myself and mytwin form e 3 pairs of twins in my mother side in juz 2 generations. Yupz... Was thinking... If I marry a twin then won't I have quadruples then? Haha...

If u haff been wondering if I haff dropped off e Earth.. well here I am.. Stan asked me y I haffn't been updating my blog recently.. well.. I only make an entry when I feel like writing..
Anywae tat time my cousin Shu Fang ask me how I was coping in school.. I've been 6 mths into Dentistry and in another 2 mths time having my final examinations.. Damn fast.. Dentistry is so unlike sec school and jc in so manyways.. In sec school and jc u dun really haff to bother abt e tests coz they r not included in e final tally of score. And e scope covered by e tests r often little and u can spend like just 2 or 3 days to study e test and be well prepared liaoz.. I dun owe any text books in jc or any notes in sec school... Muhahaha.. Sec school and jc r essentially e same in feeding e students and e only diff is e transition of textbooks to notes. Life's so simple and easy then. The only time when I remembered really studying is mugging e much hated geography and biology for O-levels and biology for e As.. For subjects like physics and mathematics u dun really haff to study.. Juz memorise e laws and formulas and if u haff been quite consistent in ur work, u r ok..
Tat's y I've always prefered physics and mathematics.. U realise when u like something, u will often do well in it.. The story of y I like mathematics comes a long way. My mum and dad only have sedondary school eduation and they dun't nue much english. But my mum is good in her mathematics during her schooling days and she had since invoked a strong sense of interest in maths for me and my twin. And having a twin in e same primary and sec school provide me an invaluable consultant.. Together we did homework and together we excelled in e class. Toking abt my twin now I realise I have alot to say. So much tat I nue 3 or 4 lengthly updates r not enuff. So I betta go back on my schooling topic and keep tat for another day..
Anyway I found myself enjoying problem solving questions so much so tat I was actually looking forward to e physics tests.. Especially e mcq tests.. So fun... E times when tests r returned to us and me and other classmates would argue with e teachers and astound them. And I'm so grateful tat I have got 2 wonderful physics tutors... Mr Wee Toon Huey in my sec school and Mr Jimmy Lee in jc. They r so farniee!! And I'm ever looking 4ward to their lessons.. Having said I like physics and mathematics u may find it strange y I took up triple science in jc. Well.. Lets just say I decided to do something different from my twin.. I did a strange combi of com science, physics, chem and maths c for e first 3 mths and then realise com science is not for me and switch to triple science, hence ending up in the last science class, S29, where everyone's from somewhere else..
Anywae e times have changed.. Dentistry is no longer honeymoon period... My twin is taking engineering course in NUS and everyday he comes home he switches on his lap top and engages in online games like gunbound and warcraft.. And he spent like just 2 weeks to study for e examinations and got cap score of 4.7 ... Wat can I say? Dentistry first yr got 4 subjects, Biochem, Physio, Human Anatomy and Dental Anatomy which unlike e rest of other courses' modules, last e whole yr thru.. And there's a plenty of stuff for u to read up.. Believe u me.. The tests r spread out, with abt a 3 weeks interval.. And so its an endless cycle where after a test u play like mad for 1 wk and then study like mad for e next 2 weeks.. Atleast that's how I work.. All I can say is this course sure ain't easy. There's this yr 4 senior who had retook yr 1, 2 and 3.. taking 7 yrs instead of 4... And that's e max. amt of yrs u can retake.. And after government subsidies, school fees still at $16,500 a yr.. Pheeww... tat's damn lot lor.. If I have to retake one yr think I can jump off building liaoz.. haha.. And according to seniors, yr 1 is honeymoon compared to yr 2! They got so many tests, sometimes like 3 tests in a wk and most recently having a periodontal test on chinese new yr chu 3.. Juz fantastic..
It's tough... no joke abt it.. But looking at so many seniors who have done it, u can't help but think tat they ain't very diff from u.. If they have all pull thru this~ so called 4 yrs of hell, can't u? R u any lesser than them? I should think not.. It ultimately boils down to how much time and effort u wanna put in.. Perhaps e slacker should stop slacking..

I am super pissed.. I had spent e past 1 hour writing my blog and en e computer hang and everything is GONE!! Arghh.. Feel like murdering e cpu.. Anywae.. hope e toopid com won't give up half way on me again.. Or I'll really get a hammer and smash it into pieces..
Got home from my grandmother's place 2 hours ago.. And as with every year, its not boring but nosy and lively coz my mum and her brothers relationship are pretty strong.. Anywae I enjoy toking to my cousins whom I haffn't seen for quite a while too.. 2day as I reached e doorstep an unfamilar face greeted me.. And boy.. Am I completely astounded by her chioness.. Her name is Ojou which is actually a japanese name which mean princess of e Orient.. She had super fair skin.. so fair tat is as white as snow.. No joke.. She's an absolute beauty.. At 4 mths old she is actually quite big already, e size of an adult terrier.. Yes.. Ojou is a dog.. or rather a puppy..
Let me tell u more abt e princess.. My cousin bought her only before christmas, and she was 3mth old then.. Which mean she owned it for a month only.. And yet Ojou is already toilet-trained and follows orders such as sit, stand (on her 2 hind legs) and fetch her little white soccer ball.. Dogs r juz so clever.. She's a japanese spitz breed and is hyperfriendly and hyperactive.. http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/japanesespitz.htm The kind of dogs I like.. U all nue wat to get me for birthday liaoz rite? Haha.. No lah.. Unlike my cousin I'll go to spca and adopt one instead. And if u think spca only has cripple or old dogs u r so wrong.. There r quite a number of pedigree puppies coz of some silly, idiot owners who bought them and after few days or weeks realise they had no time to take care of them. Diana has e same sentiments with me..
Anywae I was toking to my benefactor, cousin ShuFang.. Benefactor coz she's my honorable deed signer.. Anywae she told me she may be going to Chicago in october for a year because of job training.. So good lor.. Thou she will have to go in winter and e winter's no joke.. Yesterday my friend in canada told me it's -20 degrees at 11am in e bright daylight.. Anywae ShuFang has flew to many countries liaoz.. She was in symphony band in NUS and flew to Italy, Germany and Japan to perform.. Shiok man when u only pay for e air tix and e best part is u really get to experience their local culture unlike traveling with agencies. Like in Italy her accomodation is in some rich locals' houses and she ate and sleep with e locals.. And Italy's wine is fantastic.. At this point I will like to show my appreciation to chio bu.. coz its 1.30am now and she's waiting faithfully for me to finish this blog.. Maybe she's not tat evil after all.. Salvagable I guess..
My benefactor also shared with me her harrowing experience in scuba diving.. She is quite into it.. having completed her advanced course.. Anywae wat happened was that she had went diving with her friends and she had checked her oxygen gauge b4 hitting e waters.. But they were exploring this something and perhaps went too far and too long coz when she checked her gauge again it was zero! Gues she got high metab rate ah.. coz her friends' oxygen level r still ok.. She was supposed to use her buddy's oxygen mask but she panicked and tried to surface immediately.. I guessed I would panick too.. They were abt 20m deep underwater and e journey seem to take 4ever.. I quote her.. "I felt I was going to die then.." ~scary..
Anywae I tried diving b4.. thou e try is hardly legitimate when u r considering only e breath of src swimming pool to and fro only, about 10 min in the water with e gear on.. I got this opportunity at e sports camp, one of e freshman orientation camps.. It's great coz u get to try out a little of everything like rockclimbing, archery, canoe polo, windsurfing, etc.. Anywae, e 10 min experience made me realise diving is not as easy as it seems.. The oxygen tank is not light at all and it's difficult to coordinate ur breathing with ur mouth instead of ur nose esp when u r not used to it.. I swallowed a few gulps of water myself..
Anywae think she's going to try windsurfing next becoz I highly recommend it.. Haha.. U r either addicted to it or hate it.. And all those addicted to it crave for e day and the thrill when there's a perfect storm and r flying over e waves.. But it ain't easy and u need alot of experience to handle ur sail in such a gail.. Yup.. I wish e hols can come earlier then can go windsurfing with seniors again..

2day is chu xi and the dinner is supposedly e most important dinner of the year.. A time where all family members r supposed to be present and feeling a heartwarming sense of belonging.. So lets take this moment to appreciate all those around us.. Looking at my mum and dad I realised they seemed to age a great deal since the last time I observed them closely.. They r ever there when I needed help and I nue when e time came where everyone have abandon me but they will still be there. But often we treat them half as well as we treat our friends.. I guess tat's something I need to work on..
2nite u r supposed to shou shui which mean u r supposed to sleep damn late. Last few nites been sleeping at abt 3 plus.. Maybe tat's y I'm damn sleepy during dental ana class today.. Keep dozing off thou I fight a furious yet losing battle against e monster of zees.. Was doing all sorts of stuff to try keep myself awake like 1)massaging my shoulders, 2)drinking alot of water and 3)stretching my neck muscles. But my eyelids were like weighing a ton and I find myself looking at total darkness.. And I'm almost right infront of Prof Yeo so I guess it's damn obvious to him.. Oh well~
And I also found out from a friend wat giffing hongbaos mean. It is called ya shui qian and adults are supposedly to give hongbaos to kids.. This act symbolises transfering some of the years of aging from e adults to e kids so they will kuai gao zhang da.. Hiaks.. I'm already 21.. dun nue how many more years before I stop recieve $$.. And I dun like e idea of aging haha..
Visited my grandfather's place juz now for e tuan yuan fan and my si shen is so funky!! She nue new, young artists like 5566 and Ah do! I'm damn impressed.. I nue coz e min she saw me she say I look like them.. muhahaha.. But becoz my dad's e zhang zi and I'm e zhang shun, I'm e eldest among my generation and my cousins are like all so young.. So abit boring coz nothing much to tok to them.. 2morrow will be going to my mother's side and will see more of my cousins of a more similar age grp as me.. Will be more interesting then..=)

2day during anatomy lesson I'm damn tired.. And its not juz me but quite a few of my classmates too.. Maybe it's e weather or e heavy lunch we had at Fong Seng.. Usually we would pay attention to Prof Raj coz he's a good lecturer who nue his stuff and nue what to teach.. I like his style too.. U can dun read up before his lessons and yet u will understand his lectures which work best for lazy bums like me... But then again our ana tutorial grp prof Kaur is one strict lady.. She gave us a dressing down which left us quiet and stealing fugitive looks for first half of the tut.. "I can explain as many times I want but u all must put in effort.It's pointless if I repeat many times but u pple 4got watever told to u.. Next time if u all neva read up ur work, its quite pointless for me to carry on.." Morale of the story? We all better STUDY for her classes.. But she's a very good prof.. Learn alot of stuff from her..
K.. betta stop here now and 2day's e every other day when we r supposed to floss our teeth.. And yes.. To all pple reading this blog now.. if u r over 12 and using the stroking methods ( ie up to down for upper teeth), sad to say u have been brushing e wrong way.. the stroking method taught when we were in primary school is apparently useful only BEFORE puberty.. We thus have to use e bass method which is vibrating e toothbrush's bristles at 45 angle at e gingival (gum) margin.. this will remove e bateria colonies hiding within e sulcular space.. Yup.. free advice for all of u.. Remember: If Lee can brush, so can u!

2day one of my friends say blogs r stupid... Well.. I dun't really agree.. It's best if u realise diary and blog r totally diff stuff and so cannot xiang te bing lun.. Diary is not meant to be seen by any others except urself so u can write anything in this world without a care in the world while blog is MEANT to be read by others.. usually ur friends coz u hope by writing blogs they can understand u better. Sometimes things r easiler to be written than said. And blogs offer an opportunity for those who r more of introverts to express themselves betta. Anywae I write a diary too..
Was supposed to go watch Love me if u dare today.. Haha.. Bell bell commented it sound like Catch me if u can and I totally agree with her.. Wonder y I neva think of this relation before.. Bell Bell is damn farniee ah.. Can u imagine a person can actually lost her way to her own flat..!! Wow.. I think in my whole entire life I will only catch one episode.. Bell Bell going home.. A grp of us accompanied Bell bell home and we were on e correct floor, 6th floor juz 2 units away from hers when she said e sentence of e week," wait.. this' not my block.." Muhahaha.. Damn farniee.. Then we took lift down and search for her flat.. Thing is.. she's been living there for years lor.. not months or weeks.. Then 2day on cab to orchard I and chio bu xuan her abt e episode.. I commented Bell Bell cannot be pilot coz that she will prob holland and dun nue fly to which country liaoz.. Then she did it again.. " Then how does e plane fly left or right at e right times? There's no markings in the sky..." Hmm.. for those who r also wondering like her.. e answer is e plane juz fly straight to e destination in a straight line.. Really like Bell Bell for all her amusing antics! great mahjong player also.. Thou she stood down once from a mahjong session resulting in e session being postphoned to indeterminable future..
Anywae.. Turn out e show's timing at 10.10pm and e gals can't stay tat late plus no transportation back home so cancelled. Had nice dinner , nice tok, nice shopping then we all went home.. Took bus 7 with e clementi gang to clementi and change bus from there.. When test is over, it sure is fun.
Yup.. once again better catch some sleep.. lesson 2morrow morn again..

And yes.. this' e very first chapter of Yonghe's crappy stories.. Realised tat many of my friends have had blogs so decided to try something new for a change.. Actually I would prefer to read pple's blogs then to write my own coz tat will be better time well spent.. I prefer to understand people and what's going on in their lives then to express myself. And nueing myself, I am a person who am not satisfied with a short and lousy(boring) blog or it will not find its way up here. They say virgos r perfectionists.. Usually I dun believe in this kind of crap.. But then guess I'm a perfect slacker when it comes to tutorials ah ha..
I ain't going to design this blog or do anything fancy coz I juz can't be bothered abt it.. More impt is e content ofcoz.. And for MY blog it's going to do juz tat.. Not tat my content will be excellent, super interesting of coz.. =)
